Ingredients
1 ripe mango, diced
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix.
Serve with vegan tortilla chips or over grilled tofu.
