Cranberry Orange Bliss Balls



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw almonds

  • ½ cup dried unsweetened cranberries

  • ½ cup Medjool dates (pitted)

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • Juice of ½ orange

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut (optional for rolling)


Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, pulse the almonds until finely ground.

  2. Add cranberries, dates, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla. Process until the mixture sticks together.

  3. Scoop out 1-tablespoon portions, roll into balls, and roll in shredded coconut if desired.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.


Makes 8 servings. Nutrition per serving:

79 calories, 1.4g protein. 4g fat. 11g carbs
