Coconut Overnight Oats




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 (5.3 ounce) container vanilla coconut-based yogurt

  • ¾ cup oats

  • 2 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut, toasted

  • 1 scoop Zhou Vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Mix coconut milk beverage, coconut yogurt, oats, toasted coconut, and protein powder in a bowl until well combined. Divide mixture between 2 Mason jars. Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.


Makes 2 servings.

Nutrition per serving: 313 calories, 31.4g carbs, 7.9g fat, 23.1g protein
