Ingredients:
4 bananas
1 cup dry rolled oats
2 scoops protein powder
½ cup coconut flakes
½ cup walnuts
¼ cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Mix in the remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined. Form into 12 balls and place on a cookie sheet (if making cookies), or pour into a muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes.
