Ingredients
1/3 c. soy milk
1/3 c. Forager’s unsweetened yogurt
1 Tbsp almond butter
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp chopped walnuts
2 tsp dried cranberries
¼ tsp apple pie spice
½ c. old fashioned oats
½ medium apple, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine oats, soy milk, yogurt, almond butter, maple syrup, spices and apple in a small jar, stirring until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving and sprinkle with walnuts and cranberries.
