Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction, and the parties intend that it will be enforceable in accordance with the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. Any claim by you with respect to any transaction must be initiated within one year after the cause of action has arisen. Vegan Strong and you both agree that either party may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
