- 1 cup Upton’s Naturals brand BBQ jackfruit
- ½ cup cooked black rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup red, green, yellow, orange peppers, chopped
- In a large dry skillet over medium-high heat, saute the onion and peppers until the unions are brown, about 6 to 7 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the jackfruit, cooking it for 1 to 2 minutes to warm through. Serve over cooked rice.
