Per 3oz Serving: 72 calories | 2g carbohydrates | 8g protein | 3.5g fat |2g fiber
- 16-ounce block firm tofu, sliced into 1/2 - inch thick strips
- Nutritional yeast or seasoning mix of your choice
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lay the strips of tofu on the parchment. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast or your favorite seasoning. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
